  • Foodomics: Quality, authenticity and safety of agro-food products through the holistic study of food matrices metabolites both for tracking the food process and testing the quality of the end-products
  • Nutri-metabolomics: Study of human and food metabolic interaction to verify the food claims or to improve the food practices
  • Development and application of chemometric tools for spectroscopic data analysis in order to automate the production process monitoring and control or for food processing purpose
