Strategic Plan
The Strategic Plan of the Department of Applied Sciences and Technology (DISAT) proposes an analysis of the Department's positioning in its various activities, namely research, teaching and technology transfer, and presents the lines of strategic development for the three-year period 2020-2023 appropriately articulated in the aforementioned areas, in strong coherence with the Politecnico Strategic Plan.

Following the monitoring activities of the Department Strategic Plan 2020-2023, taking into account the Director's programmatic lines and the changed internal organization, at the end of 2023, the strategic objectives and consequent actions that the Department sets as its goals at the beginning of the new term were defined, pending the preparation of the new University Strategic Plan by the new Rector. The document reports, for each area of the University Strategic Plan, the objectives that, at the Department level, are intended to be pursued in 2024, defining their actions, result indicators, targets and responsibilities.
