Mechanical testing Laboratory

The laboratory is equipped with an oleodynamic-type tensile and compression machine, with a maximum form of 250 kN and a maximum stroke of 160 mm, as well as numerous accessories for performing various types of mechanical tests, both quasi-static and cyclic. The laboratory is mainly used for the mechanical characterisation of metallic materials, also using fracture mechanics methods.
