Biorefinery Processes Laboratory

With the depletion of fossil sources, there is an urgent need for the exploitation and valorization of alternative and renewable feedstocks. Starting from this call, the Biorefinery Processes Laboratory aims at developing innovative thermochemical and catalytic processes starting from biomass. Tackling the challenges of UN sustainable development goals, the research group is hence devoted to the production of green fuels and environmentally friendly chemicals.
